Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using Tiny Fund Baskets. They explain what our service provides, what it does not provide, and the conditions under which you may use the app.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or using Tiny Fund Baskets (“Tiny Fund”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our service limitations described below.
If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Nigerian law.
2. What Tiny Fund is — and is not
Tiny Fund is an educational technology platform that helps Nigerian retail investors explore personalized Nigerian Exchange (NGX) stock basket ideas using AI-assisted tools and NGXPulse market data.
- Tiny Fund is not a licensed investment adviser, portfolio manager, fund manager, or broker-dealer.
- Tiny Fund does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage investments on your behalf.
- Tiny Fund does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.
- Basket outputs, monitoring alerts, and monthly reports are ideas and summaries for your own review — not buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
3. No investment advice or guarantees
All content on Tiny Fund — including chat responses, basket previews, full baskets, order sheets, technical analysis, monitoring alerts, and reports — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Past performance, historical prices, and simulated basket values do not guarantee future results. Stock prices can rise or fall. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always review basket ideas carefully and execute trades only through a licensed NGX broker or custodian.
4. Basket ideas and order sheets
Free previews show high-level basket characteristics. Paid unlock provides stock names, weights, allocations, and an order sheet based on prices available at generation time.
Prices, weights, and sector exposure change after a basket is generated. Order sheets are starting points for discussion with your broker, not instructions to trade.
Tiny Fund does not guarantee that any basket can be executed at shown prices, in shown quantities, or within your budget after fees, slippage, or market movement.
5. Basket monitoring and alerts
If you unlock a basket with a monitoring plan, Tiny Fund tracks the stocks in that basket using available market data and news sources.
Alerts and monthly reports explain what changed and what you may want to review. They do not tell you to buy, sell, hold, exit, take profit, or cut loss.
Monitoring depends on third-party data availability. If NGXPulse or news sources are unavailable, monitoring may be delayed, limited, or paused without liability to us.
When a monitoring plan expires, historical reports remain visible but new daily checks, alerts, and reports stop until you reactivate.
6. AI-generated content
Parts of Tiny Fund use artificial intelligence to generate explanations, summaries, and classifications. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
You should not rely on AI-generated text as a sole basis for investment decisions. Market data shown in the app is sourced from configured providers and may contain errors or delays.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Basket unlock and monitoring plans are billed through Paystack on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (for example, monthly or every six months).
Fees are displayed before payment. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through Paystack or our supported cancellation flow.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Failed payments may suspend monitoring until resolved.
8. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell our data, or use Tiny Fund in violation of NGX rules, SEC Nigeria regulations, or applicable law.
- Provide accurate information when creating baskets.
- Use the app only for lawful personal investment research.
- Do not represent Tiny Fund outputs as guaranteed or risk-free investments.
9. Data and privacy
We process account information, basket preferences, payment references, and usage data to operate the service. Market and news data may be retrieved from third-party providers subject to their terms.
We do not sell your personal data. Contact us if you wish to request access to or deletion of account data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
10. Intellectual property
Tiny Fund’s brand, software, prompts, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. NGX tickers, company names, and market data remain the property of their respective owners.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own research. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize our service without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Fund and its operators are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, trading errors, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on app content.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the terms page will change when we do. Material changes may require you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use paid features.
Continued use after notice of non-material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Contact
